1. Read and translate RG 2cd using Vocabulary for Section Two CD (GVE pp. 26-8); go over the translation several times so that we can move through it quickly in class.

2. Learn vocabulary for 2cd Greek to English and English to Greek using electronic vocabulary cards. (Click on the Greek word to turn the card over; click on the English word to turn it back over.)

3. Read and learn GVE pp. 29-30, # 24-26 (present middle and imperative of uncontracted, e-contract, and a-contract verbs); review. Consult also "Verb Endings" (workbook) and Middle Voice website (requires SP Ionic). Review and practice using online drill (requires SPIonic Mac or SPIonic Windows) or online drill (does not require SPIonic).

4. Complete Workbook Exercise 13 (present middle; English to Greek sentences). Write in.
