At the top of the composition, Triptolemus is shown in his chariot. Just below and to his right, Iacchus holds two torches. A crowned Demeter sits entrhoned at the center of the composition, and a small Plutus holding a cornucopia stands at her feet. To their right stands either Persephone or Hecate with a torch in her hand.
